Na 6 jaar wachten door COVID en een niertransplantatie waren we eindelijk weer in de gelegenheid om ons favoriete vakantieland en de familie aldaar te bezoeken. Het werd een weerzien met heel veel familie, mede als gevolg van de viering  van het leven van oom Henk. Gelukkig ook nog wat tijd gevonden om samen te genieten van Vancouver Island en van het mooie weer.
